Contemporary Art Projects USA will give the opportunity for non-members of the gallery, established and emerging artists to be part of Art Basel Miami Week Virtual Gallery exhibition , December 6|2020 with an extension of the platform until January 31|2021. Due to the cancellation of fairs by consequence of Corona Virus Pandemic, we are offering this platform for marketing and selling of artwork during this time of the year. Collectors will be aware of the platform for purchasing thru PR News and Websites of International Magazine. The exhibition will be juried by Leticia Del Monte, Director of Marketing and Digital Platform, American TV (Art Division) and Tata Fernandez, Director of Contemporary Art Projects USA.
50 ARTISTS (Three Images per Artist) WILL BE PART OF THE PLATFORM

AN OUTLINE CATALOG WILL BE CREATED & DISTRIBUTED THRU SOCIAL MEDIA AND COLLECTORS WITH A LINK DIRECTLY TO THE ARTIST’S WEBSITE.
GALLERY WILL NOT TAKE ANY COMMISSION OFF SALES WHEN THE ARTIST HANDLES THE SALES OTHERWISE WILL TAKE 10% HANDLING FEE

Images -MINIMUM 3 IMAGES MAXIMUM of 4 IMAGES
Entry Fee: $50.00/per Application Process, Jury Fee and Four Images. They will not be any additional cost to the artists. Shipping and Deliver of the pieces must be arranged between the artist and the buyer. All other Costs are Included.
AWARD 50 Artists will be part of the platform of Contemporary Art Projects Virtual Gallery with three images for artist, a short biography and statement. A Link of the Artist Website will be provided. Two Artists will be selected to be part of ART EXPO NEW YORK 2021 in the Spring.

ELIGIBILITY This exhibition is open to all artists 18 years of age and older in the disciplines of Computer Art, Mixed Media, Painting, Photography, Small and Monumental Sculptures, as well as all Innovative New Technologies in Art.
SPECIFICATIONS All work must be original, and the artist must own the sole copyright to the art. Substitutions of accepted works will not be allowed, and all delivered work must match the image juried. Photography must be on aluminum, Plexiglas, or framed.
SIZE RESTRICTIONS Non-Size Restrictions.
SALES All work must be available for sale. There is not commission for CONTEMPORARY ART PROJECTS USA on sales during the virtual exhibition if the sale is handled by artist. Otherwise the gallery will charge 10% of handling fee.
Prices quoted on the entry form may not be changed after acceptance.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION Artist will notify gallery if a piece is sold and a substitute piece can be sent for replacement. Contemporary Art Project USA will notify the artist if a piece is sold and information regarding the shipping of the piece. (CAPUSA will charge the artist 10% commission in this case for handling fee).
Buyer is responsible for the Cost of Shipping. No piece must be sent without payment of the shipping. International Artists can send the piece to the gallery and we will arrange the shipping to the buyer.
Note: To compensate for International shipping costs Contemporary Art Project USA, will accept canvas in a tube and the artists will cover the cost for stretching.
Contemporary Art Projects USA shall have the right to use for its purposes any image(s) of any artwork that is photographed during the fair. Artists will retain all rights in terms of attribution and ownership of any images of their making in all other respects except those stated herein.
