CONTEMPORARY ART GALLERY ANNOUNCES PARTICIPATION AT AFFORDABLE ART 2024
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: MIAMI, August 2024. Contemporary Art Gallery /Projects USA will debut for the first time at Affordable Art New York from September 25- 29.
At the Affordable Art Fair the collector will find an inspiring and friendly atmosphere where he can browse thousands of original contemporary paintings, sculptures, photographs and prints showcased by a myriad of local, national and international exhibitors. With contemporary artwork by over 400 established artists and rising stars, and price points ranging from $500 to $12,000 – there is something to suit every taste and wallet whether you are a first-time art buyer or a seasoned collector.
“Our goal is keeping our presence in New York City and collectors informed and admiring the showcase of national and international artists that we offer. For more than a decade, our gallery has been delighting to exhibit at various fairs in the city as Volta, Scope, Art Expo New York with our emerging artists as well as a curated exhibition at Bergdorf Goodman last year and still available online” said Tata Fernandez, Director of the gallery.
At this fair the gallery will be exhibiting some artists with unique pieces as:
Fara Thomas presents a Solo Show where Thomas’ resin art is more than a visual feast; it is a call to connect with the profound and transformative power of color. It offers tranquility and beauty amidst the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. Seize the opportunity to lose yourself in these mesmerizing creations and discover the captivating magic of color in a way you’ve never experienced before.
Carola Orieta Sperman transforms acrylic, an inert material, into an object that reflects life, connecting to the shapes of organic forms that expand into an imaginary realm. Each piece becomes a living organism that performs inflowing unpredictable undulations, guided by a dynamic and generated energy.
Zammy Migdal’s wall installation represents lines and curves which connect with space, inviting each collector to explore and contemplate. Eyes wander from the complete composition to each individual piece, to the shadows dancing on the walls, and back to the entire sculpture.
Scott Glaser will be exhibiting “Accidents Do Happen” series sounds like a creative and relatable art project that uses fabric and plastic bandages to depict common everyday mishaps and incidents that we all experience at some point in our lives. The use of this unique medium adds a layer of realism and familiarity to the artwork, as bandages are commonly associated with minor injuries and accidents.
Alina Poloboc will exhibit from her series, “Gipsy Marquesa,” Gypsy Marquesa II which captures feminine elegance, sensuality, and mystery. “Gipsy Marquesa II” appears to be a mesmerizing piece that combines artistry, history, and elegance to create a captivating portrayal of feminine beauty. Alina’s attention to detail and her ability to imbue the artwork with layers of meaning make it a truly remarkable masterpiece.
Evangeline Ang traveling from Singapore will exhibit the artworks capture the viewer’s interest from afar as her subjects are usually bold and vibrant and at times with an optical illusion. In addition, there are always hidden colors amongst the layers of textures which can be found when closely observed and a different experience emerges as the multitude of colors bring on a different interest.
Other artists with their unique art as photography, oil painting, resin etc will be presented during the fair at our booth as Amy Shekhter/USA, Christine Laubach/USA, Dale Reid/Canada, Doris Tinsley Nadel/USA, Jessica Feldman/Mexico-USA, Deborah Argyropoulos/USA, Adam Kozlowski/USA
