Christine is a passionate painter from Maryland’s Eastern Shore, whose artistic journey began in her birthplace in Washington, D.C. As the youngest of seven, she was deeply influenced by the creative and scientific minds in her family. Her early love of ice skating, where she carved intricate patterns into the ice, planted the seeds for her artistic expression. Today, she translates that sense of magic and wonder into her intricate and evocative visual art.

Guided by compassion, Christine pursued a career as a Trauma Operating Room Nurse specializing in plastic, reconstructive, and craniofacial surgery. This work offered her profound insights into the resilience of the human spirit. Painting became her creative refuge, a way to process her own experiences and bring healing to others.

Her artistry extends beyond the canvas. Christine has used her skills to transform lives through medical tattooing, camouflaging scars and creating 3D areolas for breast cancer survivors. This work helps individuals reclaim their bodies and embrace their journeys with newfound confidence and beauty.

Christine’s work has been exhibited both nationally and internationally and has garnered recognition in numerous publications. Currently, she is exploring a series created with recycled and repurposed mixed media, continuing her commitment to innovation and storytelling through her art.
