My work explores the chaotic nature of our global landscape, which I encapsulate in my series titled “Screwed Currency.” This body of work reflects my response to the upheaval we witness in current events around the world.

In creating “Screwed Currency,” I use wooden boards as my canvas, applying layers of gold, white, and black acrylic paints.  Each piece is adorned with gold nails, meticulously screwed into the painting, symbolizing the fragility and absurdity of our monetary system.

Through my art, I present a parody of modernity- commenting on how people globally perceive the commodification of life and the distorted value of money. I invite viewers to engage with my work and consider their perspectives on wealth and what truly holds value in our lives.
