Contemporary Art Projects USA will give the opportunity to the members of the gallery established and emerging artists to be part of Art Basel Miami Week Virtual Gallery, called “Art During the Pandemic” December 6|2020 with an extension of the platform until January 30|2021

 Due to the cancellation of fairs by consequence of Coronavirus Pandemic, we are offering this platform for marketing and selling of artwork during this time of the year. Collectors will be aware of the platform for purchasing thru PR News and Websites of International Magazine. The exhibition will be juried by Leticia Del Monte, Media Executive and Tata Fernandez, Director of Contemporary Art Projects USA. Be aware that this is mainly for Marketing Purpose.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Contemporary Art Projects USA are pleased to offer the opportunity for the participation to an International Virtual Exhibition “Art during Covid 19” during Art Basel Week 2020.
The exhibition will be juried by Leticia de Monte, Director of Marketing and Digital Platform and Tata Fernandez, Director of Contemporary Art Projects USA.

ELIGIBILITY
1. Open by invitation only to national and international artists.
2. Titles, Medium, Size and Retail Prices must be included with submissions.
3. All Submissions must be done via J-Form or Via email to virtualgallery12@gmail.com. Be Sure that your submission will include jpg image files, statement and bio or directly online thru the J-form.
4. The Jury will choose up to Three Pieces from each Invited Artist. Please submit up to FOUR (4) high resolution images at 300DPI, 6″x6″ approximately each image for consideration.
JURY FEE: $50.00. Gallery will take NOT commission off sales of pieces sold thru the link due that the link is directly to the artist’s website and email. If the Gallery will sell any piece to a gallery’s collector a Commission of 50% will be charged. International Artists may send the artwork to the gallery and the gallery will handle the shipping. (To Reduce Cost for the Collector and Customs Requirements if the Sell took place in USA). The Gallery will charge the artist 10% of Sales for the Service.

Via PAYPAL: An Invoice will be send as soon as the application is submitted and it must be payable with 3 days otherwise the submission will be cancelled.

NOTIFICATION:
Contemporary Art Projects and its jury reserve the right to choose artwork deemed appropriate. Artists will be notified as early as possible after jury convenes via email with the decision regarding submission on or about November 30, 2020. It will be created a platform where it will appear Artwork, Statement and Bio of each artist as well as a direct link to the artist’s website. We will feature the show at PR News and another Press Release Platform as well as Social Media.
VIRTUAL GALLERY PLATFORM WILL BE POSTED DECEMBER 2nd, 2020. OFFICIAL STARTING OF ART BASEL MIAMI WEEK 2020.


LEGAL AGREEMENT:
Artist agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Contemporary Art Projects USA and affiliates, directors, employees, agents, curators, member of the jury and contractors against all claims, losses, suites, damages, judgments, expenses, costs (including without limitation reasonable legal fees and amounts paid in
settlement) and charges of every kind arising our of or resulting from (i)Artist’s execution of this Agreement or (ii) the acts, omissions, or negligence of Artist, Contemporary Art Projects USA, or, its employees, agents, or contractors, or other artists by reason of personal injuries, death or property damage or any other cause of action sustained by any persons or others. Changes by Contemporary Art Projects USA or its affiliates can bemade at anytime.
